Energize Australia was founded in 2003 by two security technicians, who saw a need for a monitoring centre that provides exceptional, personal service and value for money.
We offer one of the most competitive prices available in the market today. We DO NOT make our clients sign contracts and we answer the phone promptly when you call.
Energize Australia can monitor almost every alarm system on the market today. Our clients range from residential to well known commercial companies with multiple sites including local councils.
We are an independent, Australian owned & operated company.
The control room is located in the Melbourne suburb of Vermont, Victoria. It has been built to the relevant Australian Standard 2201, and has been graded by ASIAL. We are approved by the POLICE for response. All systems in the control room have full redundancy, with hot-swap servers, spare receivers, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and emergency generator all located on site, so that continuous 24 hour operation can be guaranteed, 365 days of the year.
Energize has invested in the latest alarm receiver equipment available. It can monitor signals received via conventional telephone lines, as well as GSM Units, GPRS Units and IP Units. We offer Remote Web Access which enables realtime information from our servers of your alarm events via the internet. Anytime, Anywhere!

nbn™ Ready Systems
With the rollout of the nbn™ network across Australia. Fixed phone lines and Internet infrastructure will be upgraded. Once the rollout is complete in your area, eventually you’ll no longer have access to a fixed-line telephone.
The rollout of the nbn™ network will involve new technologies and some existing devices may not be compatible, Energize Australia, can provide nbn™ Ready communications paths for most alarm equipment.

24/7 Alarm Monitoring
Energize Australia recommends 24/7 back-to-base monitoring for all security alarm systems. In the event of an alarm being activated, a signal will be sent to the monitoring centre where staff will action it in accordance with your predetermined response plan. Without monitoring you are relying on a passerby or neighbour to notify the appropriate authorities when they hear your audible siren or see visible signs of an emergency. All too often they are ignored.
